Welcome to a new school year!

 

Tuition payments may be made in 1, 2, 3, or 9 payments. Please note - a $3 / month bookkeeping fee is added to the 9-payment plan. The 10% registration fee paid is not refundable but is applied to the total amount of tuition. No refunds will be made in case of absence or if school closes due to bad weather. If a class misses more than a week of school due to bad weather, make-up days will be rescheduled. Two weeks’ notice must be given for withdrawal if you wish to receive a prorated refund.

 

Please indicate on the “white” Tuition Payment Agreement the payment schedule of your choice. Please sign and return it along with your tuition payment. Make checks payable to RBCNS; write your child’s name on the check.


We have two lock boxes for your tuition payments. You can hand your payment to the teacher to put in the box or send them in your child’s backpack making sure the envelope is addressed: “Tuition Payment, Attention: Megan Wescott.” You may mail your payments to the street address below:

If tuition payment becomes difficult (job loss, unexpected expenses, etc.), please contact Millie Collins (Director) regarding this issue. However, for information regarding your payment, please contact Megan Wescott (Financial Secretary) at RBCNS FinancialSecretary@email.com or 610-620-8993 prior to the tuition due date.


PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING HIGHLIGHTS FOR THIS YEAR:

  • Tuition payments may be mailed or you may address an envelope "Tuition Payment, Attention:  Megan Wescott" and the teachers will place it in the drop box.

  • Tuition payments are to be recieved by the 1st of the month in which they are due.  For payments made after the 5th of each month, a $10 late penalty will be applied (unless you have communicated prior with Megan Wescott or Millie Collins).

  • It is your responsibility to inform the Director (Millie Collins) or the Financial Secretary (Megan Wescott) if you will have a problem making a payment on time.

  • Tuition reminders will be sent via email a week before thier due date.  Please be certain to include your email on your tuition payment agreement form for this purpose.
